Are you sure about using Buchholz as the primary tie-break?
In a 32-player, 6 round SS, it is quite possible to cause confusion in the last round !
e.g. Player A with 5 point meets Player B with 4 point... and if Player B wins, Player A will get
Buchholz points from B !!
Official FIDE tie-break prefers "results between players" as the Primary tie-break...

"Offcial FIDE tie-break prefers" = check your book ! or go to FIDE website...
It is NOT what I --nor anyone-- prefers >>> it is simply reasonable + correct if each
tie-breaks are UNDERSTOOD for what they FUNDAMENTALLY are.
Buchholz = sum of score of opponents... Thus, after Player A lost to Player B in the last round, his
Buchholz score that he gets from playing Player B = 5 point; at the same time Player B, by winning
the game from Player A, will get ONLY 4 points from Player A for his Buchholz from A... If Player A
and B's other 5 opponents are the same persons (or final scores = same), then A will win on
tie-break !!! >>> WHY ?!?!
Also... "Number of wins with Black" should never be used in a SS anyway... because that
also means "more losses/draws as White" or "play Black on 1st Round (weaker opponent)
!.... Better is "Number of Wins" to encourage fighting chess.
P.S. Yes, Buchholz + sum of Progressive have been used in Thailand Opens etc. but why not SET
STANDARDS now instead of following....Actually, if you want to use Buchholz >>
"Koya" is much better

1 more and I will shut-up :-)
Tie-Breaks are fundamentaly in 3 TYPEs:- (in logical orders)
1. "Results between players" e.g.
1a Playoffs between players involved in ties [as in tied matches or knockouts, then playoff
games follow... but in SS quite impractical]
1b Results between players involved in ties
2. "Performance of Oppositions" e.g.
2a Buchholz
2b Sonneborn-Berger
2c Koya [not popular]
2d [many others like Performance Ratings, etc]
3. "Other Criterias" e.g.:
3a Sum of Ratings of opponents
3b Numbers of Wins
3c Results with Black against players involved in Ties [as in when 3+ players are tied]
3d Number of games played with Black [because he plays more games with Black but achieves same
scores]
3e [others not so popular, complicated stuffs]
